JBK: All Grown Up

JBK... that stands for Jessica, Betsy, Krischelle! We gave ourselves this 'acronym' way back when midnight slurpee runs were cool, and Red Robin 'birthdays' were celebrated! We all became friends when we were all at a halloween dance for our stake. Jessie's mom suggested that we 3 should hang out... go to a movie or something. So we did... and here's proof!Jessica, me [Krischelle], Betsy

This was late October/early November 2003. Crazy, huh? That was 5-6 years ago! I was 19, and these two girls were seniors in high school.

Jessie, Betsy and I had some good times in those couple years we hung out...

Then Jacob came home from his mission in September 2005... Jacob proposed late December in 2005. We weren't engaged for a long time... ahh, but who is?? hehe... We were married in the San Diego Temple on April 8th, 2006!

Then Chris came home from his mission in Hungary...

And on August 8th, 2008, Jessica and her return missionary Chris, got married in the Orlando Temple! I had the opportunity to fly down to Florida. be her bridesmaid, and be with them in the temple! It was beautiful :)

Then BETSY came home from HER mission in Ukraine.... [WOO! way to go Bets!]Micah waited for her. He served his mission in Thailand a couple years ago. She came home this January and they just got engaged a few days ago! Isn't that exciting!??! I'm totally excited for her! They are planning their wedding in May! ...They haven't decided on a date yet, but are coming pretty close to it!

I love hearing about my friends getting engaged and married. These two girls are so important to me and they mean the world to me! They have been there through thick and thin and have never judged me, nor criticized anything I've done. I can't wait till we're all married with children and have little get-togethers and plan JBK (and families) days... it'll be so exciting! i love growing up with my friends. :D
