Maxine

I have been sick for almost a week now and have had puffy eyes for over a week. I probably looked my worst last Friday when I went into work. 30 minutes after I came in, my manager called me into her office and said, "Krischelle... no offense, but you look like sh-t!" LOL and I laughed and said "i know... i feel like it, too...". I told her I felt awful and that I've been feeling like that all week. Well, they let me leave right after (so I wouldn't spread the germanites). I was glad! BUT, the next day (Saturday) I HAD to come in to work. I always work Saturdays and since I forgot to ask for it off, it was too late to call in sick. So I go to work feeling like SHHH again and did as much work as I could. I took breaks often and even took naps on the floor. I kept texting Jacob with complaints about my eyes and headaches, and my throat hurting. But he kept me goin :)

I went home and Jacob had cleaned the room. He gave me a hug and I just fell apart. Then he told me he got me something. I saw this guitar case and thought, "what in the world..." 

I opened it and it was my Gretsch guitar that I've been wanting!!! I ran to him and balled my eyes out. (I'm also on some pills that make me very emotional lol). I cried about how sick I was and how happy I was about my early birthday gift lol. Anyway, too much talk, time for pictures!

Oh, and I named her Maxine :)
