Lucky me, I had the day off today. I got a lot of stuff done! I dropped Jacob off at work, took the Prius to get an oil change at Wal-Mart, walked around Wal-Mart for what seemed like forever (no one should EVER have to shop in that store for more than 30 minutes!), and took the car to the carwash. I went to Home Goods and found some cool stuff--I bought this fake grass in a rectangular vase to put in my kitchen. I also found this white candlestick holder that I want to put on the kitchen island, but i couldn't find another one :( so I didn't buy it. I also went to Pier 1 Imports and saw so many things I wanted, but only left with 1 thing, but I was happy with my purchase! It's a pillow for our family room couch! That room definitely needs color, and that pillow is PERFECT for the room! ...That, and I got a great deal for it! Then I went to pick up Jacob! Overall, it was a great, productive day off!
The Prius in the carwash! (I was peering thru the window-- it's like being at the hospital and peering thru the glass to see the babies!)... not as cute and heart-warming though lol

And here is that super awesome colorful pillow I bought for the couch! It was $34.95 at Pier 1, but they had it on sale for $4.95!!! I love deals like that!

i KNOW! me too! we are going back to pier 1 today to see if we can find any more good deals!
